If you can't find the camera on LAN, then I recommend connecting directly. You can do this with a network cable. Connect the one end to the camera and the other to the PC. Go to Control panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change network > adapters. Right click on the network device, go to Properties > IPv4. Assign an IP that the camera is using and then paste the camera's IP in the browser. You will have the possibility to connect to the administration interface to change the password, username, etc.
